Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shower room, toilet, electric heating. We are by the riverside, 100m away from the supervised swimming area in Labatie. The river is categorized as a first-class fishing spot. We are halfway between Lamastre (Doux Valley) and St Agrève (Ardèche plateau, hiking, mountain biking, mushroom picking...). Accommodation capacity for the cottage + bedrooms: maximum 20 people.
