60% of the vines on the estate are over 50 years old and are planted with Syrah grapes. At each stage of growing, the work is done efficiently by hand. After traditional vinification, the Côte-Rôtie is aged for 2 years in oak barrels before bottling. The Levet family wants its wines to be an expression of their “terroir”, to be powerful, fruity and spicy.
Ouverture
Every day throughout the year between 10 am and 7 pm. Closed on Sunday. Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
