The large terrace, shaded by the awning and plantings, provides additional living space in fine weather for this refurbished 50 m2 gîte, spread over two levels. Upstairs: two bedrooms of 10 and 12 m2. The first has a double bed and the second a double bed and two bunk beds. On the first floor: a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. The gîte is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. A large bay window opens accordion-style across its entire width, giving direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. Here too, the view is bucolic, offering a 180-degree panorama over the village and the Doux valley, with no overlooking.
