His family and friends will tell you: Pierre Lemarchal has always sung. Songs with text, songs to dance, songs to dream. All occasions are good when you are passionate. After the death of his son Grégory, who died of cystic fibrosis in April 2007, he wondered if he had the right to go back on stage, and then he met Evelyne and Marc Prévôt, two lovers, like him, of the richness of the French repertoire. After more than ten years on the road, they propose with Mélodissimo. Pierre Lemarchal has once again gone to dig into his inner jukebox. Ferré, Brel, Aznavour, Lama, Bécaud recall our memories. Sardou, Fugain, Berger take us from memory to memory, from one emotion to another, and Goldman or Pagny complete the playlist of our desires.
It is a promise made to all those he meets during the concerts to never give up, it is an appeal to good souls to be able to finance research and help the patients, it is a message of hope distilled note after note, to end cystic fibrosis.
All the profits of the evening are donated to the Association Grégory Lemarchal. That's what it means to combine the useful with the wonderful.
