Description

The gite Le Schuss sleeps 35 and boasts a unique setting for a restful holiday.
Marc will prepare delicious seasonal dishes for you, using the vegetables available from his garden and depending on his inspiration. The speciality of the Schuss is chicken with crayfish... not to be missed!
During your stay, Marc is available to advise on cycling itineraries.
For recovery or to prepare you for your effort, Anita offers nidra yoga sessions from 1h30 to 2 hours with guided relaxation. Sessions take place outdoors or indoors and can be done in English. Approximately 10 hours of yoga / week.
Option of extending your stay for 6 or 7 days.

Monday - Yoga and Pranayama (breath energy)
Tuesday - Yog'équilibre (balance posture) / Back Yoga (postures focused on the spine)
Wednesday - Eye Yoga / Urinary and sexual system Yoga (exercises to strengthen the perineum or prostate)
Thursday - Laughter Yoga / Yin yoga (Yoga softer but with long postures)
Friday - Yog'animaux (Animal postures)
