Wellness Area
Looking for relaxation or a moment of peace? Enjoy the AQUAZERGUES wellness area.
Relax in the humid heat of the hammam, unwind in one of our Finnish saunas and indulge in the jacuzzi or on the deckchairs in the relaxation area.

Fitness Area
· A fitness studio facilitated by our coach (140 m2)
· Pre-choreographed training LES MILLS® (BODYPUMP, BODYBALANCE, RPM) & ZUMBA®
· Activities: Thighs Abdominals Buttocks, Step, RPM, Body Pump, Body Balance, RPM
· Cardio training room (23 workshops for cardio and strength training - guided weight)

4 times in the year we have also evening events

Ouverture

All year round. School holidays: Mon 2pm-8pm, Tue to Sun 10am-1pm and 2pm-8pm. Outside school holidays: Mon 5pm-8pm, Tue and Fri 12pm-2pm and 5pm-9pm, Wed 10:30am-1pm and 3pm-8pm, Thu 12pm-2pm and 5pm-6:30pm, Sat and Sun 10:30am-1pm and 3pm-6pm.
