This professional chef, having worked in gourmet restaurants before settling down, offers traditional French cuisine, enriched by his many travels. So, from bread to dessert, enjoy homemade dishes, sourced locally, fresh and seasonal. The chef favors organic products (objective of 100% dry and fresh organic legumes, exclusively organic spices) and invites memories of his trips to the table (Mediterranean, Lebanese, North African, Asian cuisine, etc.).
