These origins have left us with a visceral need to work with fresh produce: fresh eggs, milk from the local dairy and fruit, vegetables and herbs from farmer friends. The restaurant specialises in terrace service, so there are plenty of creations to choose from, ranging from classics to annual novelties that will delight young and old alike. Customers can also compose their own ice cream to suit their tastes.
