Description

Pascal used to be a toys sales rep and Marie was a pharmaceutical sales rep for fifteen years or so.

Together, they took over an Ardèche grocery shop 8 years ago. That was their turning point: with newfound awareness, they made radical changes to their way of living and sought authenticity and quality in everything they did. This led to their desire for a career change: they wanted to become organic bakers, and fulfil their need to be consistent and act in line with their new ideals. So, to bring their objective closer, they followed a vocational baccalaureat course at the Ecole Internationale de Boulangerie (International Bakery School) near Sisteron.

They obtained their qualifications at the end of 2014 and began searching for a place to get started. Remaining loyal to their nature, they headed for the mountains where an opportunity popped up, in Sixt. They moved house and set up their laboratory in the summer of 2015, producing their first organic loaves that September and selling them on the markets in the area.

Moving to Sixt to make organic bread was a veritable return to the roots. Their priority is to work with their hearts in a spirit of sharing, to communicate on their approach and to ensure the human touch always prevails.
