Description

At the entrance to the village of St Nicolas La Chapelle, a former holiday camp completely renovated and transformed into a group gîte only under self-catering (no catering possible). Gite accessible for people with disabilities by an exterior elevator from the parking lot. Free summer and winter shuttle. Local shops in Flumet 2 km away. Gas station 500 m away. Public charging stations for electric vehicles in Praz sur Arly, 7 km away, or in Crest-Voland, 10 km away.

Group accommodation on 4 levels with 2 possible accesses including access by an exterior elevator on 1 level from the parking lot (for people with reduced mobility). Ground floor: a large entrance (internal freight elevator for dishes and dishes), a professional kitchen, a laundry room and storage rooms (2 freezers), a bathroom with WC. 1st floor (or on one level from the car park): a large dining room (129 m²), a PRM bedroom (1 foldaway bed 140x190 cm) with private shower and WC. 2nd floor: a toilet block (3 showers), a block of 3 separate WCs, a small TV room, 8 bedrooms including 3 with integrated mezzanines. Corner balcony.
