140m² gîte on the ground floor of a building with two other apartments (year-round rentals).
Entrance into lounge / relaxation area with sofa, reading chair, fixed seats on the wall, coffee table, TV and guitar available. Wardrobe with games, books and comics. Corner office. Wood stove with 1st basket of wood provided free of charge.
Separate WC accessible to PRM and shower room with WC and dryer.
Half-floor with 4 steps. Bedroom 1 (140x190 cm bed), converted into a bedroom or lounge area, play area.Outdoor access possible. Bedroom 2 for children with 4 bunk beds 90x190 cm, small desk, mini table football. Accessible via bedroom 1.
Large west-facing living room (terrace and garden access) with a lounge area (bench on safe, pull-out bed 2x90 cm). Dining area with large table and integrated kitchen open to living room (dishwasher, washing machine), accessible to disabled people.
Bedroom 3 (160x200 cm bed) and bedroom 4 (140x190 cm bed). Shower room accessible from the two bedrooms (shower, WC, equipped with PRM).
WiFi internet. Bathrooms with hair dryer and straighteners. Baby equipment. Possibility to provide sheets and towels, optional cleaning. Two animals accepted. Wooden basket: € 5.
Terrace with access ramps from the parking lot and from the living room. Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol. Parking and terrace on the side and the front of the house. Ample parking nearby. House located in a hamlet set back from the departmental road between Faverges and Doussard. -10% for a stay of 3 weeks.
The owner offers activities suitable for everyone (www.sportadapte-sensations.com). Annecy lake and beaches at Doussard 6 km, Annecy-Albertville cycle path by the shores of the Lake 1.5 km. Center of Faverges (shops) at 3.5km, center of Doussard at 6km, Annecy 23km, Albertville 23 km. Ski: La Sambuy / Seythenex station 13 km, Les Aravis 35 km, cross-country skiing (Val de Tamié) 9 km. Many hikes nearby in the Massif des Bauges PNR.
