This tour includes : - presentation of the estate and its history, - a short walk on our hillsides to enjoy a beautiful view, - explanation of our vineyard practices, including organic farming, plant cover and agroforestry, - tour of the winery and explanations of our winemaking processes (sulfite-free, indigenous yeasts, etc.), - wine tasting.
