During the winter season, the Aime cooperative processes 2.2 million litres of milk, which represents: more than 200 tonnes of Beaufort produced, 15 farms in the canton of Aime, 700 Tarine and Abondance cows. Beaufort cheese vending machine, accessible outside, 7/7 and 24/24.

Every day throughout the year Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 8.30 am and 12 pm and between 2.30 pm and 7 pm. Closed on Sunday.
