Domaine du Château des Tours

Tastings are held in the Tour Carrée.
Estate sales: Brouilly & Brouilly Vielles Vignes. Wine tasting available on request.
Château des Tours consists of around fifty hectares of Gamay vines in a single block, all classified as cru Brouilly, planted in arid granite decomposition soil facing south. Here, according to the tradition of Les Tours, the majority of the old vines have been preserved and the wine is produced in the Beaujolais style, i.e. without crushing the grapes, so that fermentation takes place very slowly, at low temperature, inside the grapes.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 8.30 am and 12 pm and between 1.30 pm and 5.30 pm. On Friday between 8.30 am and 11.30 am.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th and July 14th.
Closure: last week of July and the first 3 weeks of August.

From 20/08 to 31/12
Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 8.30 am and 12 pm and between 1.30 pm and 5.30 pm. On Friday between 8.30 am and 11.30 am.
Closed exceptionally on November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
Closure: last week of July and the first 3 weeks of August.
