Our restaurant La Bola is also a farm. Our meals are essentially made with the products of our farm. Every vegetable, every meat is the fruit of our all year long work . (Chestnuts, grass fed Lamb meat, Saffron, Vegetables and Fruits from the garden...) We hope to enjoy you with our gourmet cuisine, 100% "homemade" with a friendly atmosphere of sharing and tasting. To arouse your taste buds here is a sample menu : - Hot-cold Polenta with 3 flours, red bell pepper coulis and candied tomatoes. - Lamb or pork stew meat «civet» (or Vegetarian main dish), accompanied by a vegetable «farandole». - fruit pie - homemade ice cream. (Natural sourdough homemade bread)
