The cows are fed on the farm's own forage and cereals. The whole herd grazes in the meadows in fine weather, then returns to the buildings when weather conditions deteriorate.

Sales at the company on Saturday mornings from 9 to 11:45 a.m. following the cutting day (about once a month).
