Description

The 5 partners are currently in the process of committing to organic farming and their objective is to sell local products in a short circuit, controlling everything from wheat to bread and from meadows to cheese.
The ewes graze the pastures at the foot of the Grand Colombier and the partners cultivate various cereals (wheat, small spelt, buckwheat and rye) on their land for the production of bread. The cereals are milled on site and the bakery is located on the farm.
At the farm, there is a shop as well as a grain library where you can freely take the seeds you like, reproduce them and come back to deposit some in your turn. Seeds are the first link in the food chain
Present at the Belley market on Saturday morning (joint stand with the Bergère de Munet)

Ouverture

From 4 February to 31 December, every Tuesday and Friday from 4pm to 7pm.
Sale at the farm in the shop.
Closed from 1 January to 3 February.
