The Balme cave is the only site with sedimentary rock in Chamrousse. The cargneule is a carbonate sedimentary rock with yellow, brown, red and rust colors. They make open caves, balmes or balsams for example.
Rock climbing is athletic and sometimes places an enormous strain to your hand skin if you are not use to it.
