Description
We start with an easy hike to warm up the body and activate the breathing. In the middle of the itinerary, you'll enjoy an open-air vinyasa yoga session in the midst of a magnificent panorama with a teacher.
Vinyasa yoga is an energetic, movement-based form of yoga that enhances mobility and flexibility.
Finally, the hike continues, leaving you time to soak up the benefits of the mountains.
PRACTICAL INFO: - Level: 1/4 - Very easy - Difficulty: 4.00 km and 160 m ascent - minimum age 8 years and must be accompanied by an adult
WHAT TO BRING FOR THIS HALF-DAY TRIP : Water bottle (1liter/person), snacks to avoid hypoglycemia, sun cream, sunglasses, fleece jacket or plaid (meditation), soft clothing.
