Groups: Half-day > Day to be defined.
Or every day (morning or afternoon) by private guide hire (subject to the availability of the guide).
Goal: discover the sport, the technical contribution, positioning, with or without poles, breathing management.
You go running at least once a week, you do sport regularly, you love to exert yourself, you are always searching for wide open spaces, you want to get some fresh air, with technical advice thrown in….set out in the discovery or trail running!
From 01/06 to 01/11/2025, daily.
