The ibis Annecy Centre Vieille Ville has been part of a Planet21 environmental initiative for several years. Our employees are all involved in optimising our waste by optimising recycling and recovery channels, but also involved on a daily basis in reducing water and energy consumption. We are also committed to fighting food waste since 2018 with our partnership with "Too Good to Go" and with the city of Annecy for the recycling of organic waste. The quality of our food is a major issue and our partnership with Potager City is the symbol of our commitment through a weekly delivery of organic fruit and vegetable baskets to the inhabitants of our district. Our next challenge will be to limit or completely eliminate plastic bottles in our hotel.
