Our aparthotel has 100 apartments equipped with air conditioning, from studios to 2-room apartments, with modern and tasteful decoration.

The "Mounier" tram stop on A line at the foot of the residence provides direct access to the SNCF train station, the city center or the various school centers, as well as the employment areas of the agglomeration.

The residence offers the optional parking service (extra charge) located at the foot of the residence for conveyed customers.

The city center can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes.

At your disposal for your stay, our studios of 18m² with a double murphy-bed, our studios of 22m² or 25m² with the possibility of a double or twin bed, on request, or our 2-room apartments with one bedroom and a living room that can accommodate up to 4 people.

All our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, crockery and kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave grill, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, magnifying mirror and hairdryer, television with a few international channels, free WIFI internet access.

We offer at the reception, various equipment such as irons and ironing boards, adapters ...

During your stay, do not hesitate to have a hearty breakfast in our dining room where a buffet consisting of mainly organic products is available from 6:45 am to 9:45 am Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Want to practice some sport ? Our fitness room and its machines are freely accessible to our customers.

Among the other services we can offer you, a laundromat and private parking (at an additional cost).
