Fortunately, Yohann, Benjamin and Pierre-Luc, three mates with a passion for beer-making created the Brasserie Stéphanoise. Quality products, short supply chains and local partners: phew, Sant-Etienne's dry throats are saved. And because these young people like to share, they are also passing on their know-how. How would you like to be a brewer for a day? On a course in their brewhouse, there's malting and grinding and brewing galore, and then in the end the beer is given a name in gaga. Because here all the beers honour the local dialect.

From 02/01/2023 to 31/03/2025 Opening hours on Friday and Saturday between 2 pm and 6.30 pm. Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
