Come discover the cuisine of Clément and Laurène Mathé in Tain l'Hermitage.
After working in a number of establishments around the world, they returned to their home region to set up their first restaurant.
Refined, seasonal cuisine using local and regional products.
The Restaurant " La Cage aux Fleurs" wants to put a vegetal and relax chic ambiance with this colorful restaurant designed by the architect Julie Mathe. Close to the Valrhona Museum, Cave de Tain, and large reknown wineyards like Chapoutier, Jaboulet, Sorrel, Ferraton and so many others...
