The Arbre Bleu restaurant is of course open at weekends, but by reservation only (minimum 20 people).

Sustainable tourism
Eco-responsible initiatives : Eco-responsible cuisine: fresh, seasonal produce cooked on site, "homemade" dishes, sourcing from short circuits or directly from local producers. Reducing waste and food wastage: water in carafes. Other ecological criteria: controlling water and energy consumption. Creation of a playful 150m2 vegetable garden, with two composters.

From 01/01 to 31/12 Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 12 pm and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 9.30 pm. On Friday between 12 pm and 2 pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
