Good meat, good wine... The concept is simple, but it stems from athe chef's desire to serve fresh produce and seasonal cuisine centered around a noble product: meat.
Hence why the Chef Maxime Nercisse, along with his butchers, selects cuts of meat from the finest breeds. Each week, the restaurant offers meats such as Charolais, Salers, Limousin, and Aubrac, matured in its maturing cellar. It also offers exceptional meats such as Wagyu, raised and produced in Foissiat (Ain) by Kamakle.
French know-how is also at the heart of the establishment's beliefs: showcasing local producers and working exclusively with French products that are raised in the purest traditions of their terroir to guarantee exceptional meat quality.
The wine list has also been designed with this in mind, highlighting the beauty of the terroir and paying tribute to winemakers who work the vines with respect for nature and tradition.
The establishment can accommodate specific diets.
From 01/01 to 31/12/2025
on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 12 am.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Whit Monday and December 25th.
