Back to basics with seasonal produce, worked with passion by local men and women such as Pierre Pecquery's fishmonger "du Léman à l'océan", Simon Michoud's charcuterie and Jean-Claude Cartailler's escargotière de Chevenoz, to name but a few.
From the kitchen to the dining room, the conviviality of the Bistrot comes alive and spreads through the brigade, this great family of La Verniaz who work daily with the sole aim of welcoming you with talent and love of the profession.
The restaurant offers families high chairs, booster seats and colouring books for younger guests.
