'Le Chant des Graines' is an experimental micro-farm for educational purposes. Based on the principles of permaculture, 'Le Chant des Graines' sees the forces of nature as a major asset in farming, rather than an enemy to fight. Thus, we cooperate with the living elememts to regulate insects and wild plants and to work the soil (insect areas, mulches, associated crops, etc.). This micro-farm is home to a modern and subtle agriculture that can produce while improving quality and biodiversity. Also, we limit investments to avoid the trap of massive production and indebtedness. It is above all a living project that must meet our deepest needs, our desires and our convictions. One of the main focuses of this project is raising awareness to bring a new perspective on agriculture, our way of living and living together.
