REIKI USUI treatments Reiki is a technique of energising harmonisation using the hands and affecting all levels of the body: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
It's an extremely simple and natural method of healing, accessible to everyone, that brings you mental peace, interior peace and spiritual well-being. Reiki favours sickness prevention, the acceleration of the self-healing process and the reinforcing of the immune system... It is also a great way to recharge your batteries and revitalise yourselves.
The treatments take place in a surgery located 10 min away from the lake of Aiguebelette, at home, outside or remotely depending on your needs.
REIKI USUI trainings Take place over 2 days (weekends) at the Domessin surgery. 2 to 4 people groups or individuals. See details on the website.
Revitalising walks A well-being break in various forests and protected areas of Pays du Lac d'Aiguebelette and our region. A smoothly guided reconnection to nature, to appease and revitalise yourselves while reconnecting with your own nature!
