Description

The Maison de la Mémoire et du Patrimoine preserves the region's photographic archives. It also contributes to research with a documentary resource center including a library and a historical photo library.
There are a number of ways in which you can add to the collection: by donation or deposit. The documents collected in this way are then classified, inventoried, digitized and finally put to good use in the historical photo library, exhibitions and cultural events.

CHAMONIX 1924: THE INVENTION OF THE WINTER OLYMPICS
From December 16, 2023 to March 15, 2025
As part of the centenary of the 1st Winter Olympic Games, this exhibition takes an in-depth look at the organization and staging of this event.

Opening hours on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.
Closed exceptionally on May 1st.

Opening hours on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 2 pm and 6 pm.

From 01/07 to 31/08/2024
Opening hours on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 10 am and 1 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.
