Marie-Paule accompanies you on hikes in the mountains of the Tarentaise and the Vanoise as well as on your yoga mats. On snowshoes in winter, come and explore the snow-covered landscapes, racing down the fields of lovely powder snow, following animal tracks and tasting the local products in the dormant surroundings. Try snowga, yoga in the snow! Snowshoes and poles are provided and Marie-Paule has a 5-seat vehicle. All year round, hike through the beauty of the Alpine scenery, breathe in the fresh air, admire the local heritage and the fauna and flora. Theme hikes, ascensions, nights in a refuge. On your yoga mat or out in nature year round: group or private yoga classes in hatha yoga and Nordic yoga (Nordic walking and yoga), to harmonise your body, breath and mind.
