Nordic Walking is an invigorating workout where you'll experience walking with poles. Thierry will take your well-being a step further with an introduction to Bio-Dynamic Relaxation. Bio-Dynamic Relaxation enables you to find yourself in your own body, with much less tension, harmonized body, movement and breathing, and above all, much greater alignment. This outdoor session will take place around the Sollières-Envers lake (Évolution 2).
