The guestrooms 2 rooms with the names of emblematic grape varieties of the Southern Ardèche, CHATUS and VIOGNIER, qualified “Chambres d’Hôtes Référence” by the Tourist Office and labelled “Vignobles & Découvertes” by Atout France as well as “Valeurs Parc” by the Regional Nature Park Monts d’Ardèche, welcome you from March 22 to November 3, 2024. The VIOGNIER room has a 160x200 double bed and a 90x190 single bed for a maximum of 3 people. The CHATUS room has a 160x200 double bed for a maximum of 2 people. Each room has a private bathroom with toilet, a terrace on garden level with private garden furniture. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a small fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle. Unlimited and free WiFi internet access.
The rooms are not equipped with television. The rooms and the house as a whole are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.

On the day of your arrival, we welcome you from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave the room before 11:00 a.m., in order to be able to prepare it for the following guests.
Breakfast and dinner at the table d’hôtes The gourmet breakfast included in the room price and the table d'hôtes give pride of place to local and seasonal products, sourced as much as possible directly from producers.
The table d’hôtes offers you a Terroir formula or a Discovery menu, with optional food and wine pairings.
On-site activities Apart from the heated swimming pool and its large panoramic sun terrace, the garden invites you to relax in the shade of tall trees. Many hiking trails and bike tours are available to you from the guesthouse, without taking your car. And we offer introductions to wine tasting allowing you to discover the wines of Ardèche.
Small things that make the difference In order to make your stay even more pleasant: a courtesy tray, bath towels for the swimming pool, Ardèche and organic toiletries, a trilingual welcome booklet with numerous suggestions for discovery circuits in Southern Ardèche and sports activities nearby.

Sustainable tourism
We do not use fertilizers or pesticides for the garden. The plants are adapted to the climate, chosen for their low need for water to limit watering, partly made with recovered rainwater. The planted beds are mulched with the crushed plants to limit the need for watering and the growth of weeds. The 6000m² garden consists partly of forest and meadow, maintained but left in the wild. There are no flower beds everywhere, which would require too much watering. The vegetable garden allows you to discover the aromatics and allows us to prepare the dishes you will taste.
The Table d’Hôtes favors local seasonal products, fruits and vegetables picked when ripe, bought in short circuit directly from the producer. This guarantees their freshness and taste, the low carbon footprint generated by their transport, and a fair remuneration for producers. Some products are organic, but this is not systematic. Rather than organic from the other end of France, Europe, or even the planet, picked not ripe and transported with huge CO² output, discover the products labeled «Goûtez l’Ardèche» produced nearby!
Toiletries are also local and organic. The suppliers MELVITA and FABRIQUE DES MONTS ET MERVEILLES are located at 07150 Lagorce and 07160 Le Cheylard.
We carry out source sorting of glass, recyclable materials and bio-waste to limit household waste. The bio-food waste is composted just like those from the garden, and the compost produced is reused in the garden. In this way, we are applying the 2020 Anti-Spam Law, which makes it mandatory for everyone from 1 January 2024.
The maintenance of garden and forest, mandatory 50 meters from homes to limit the spread of possible forest fires, generates wood, branches and green waste. The wood is used to heat the house, and incidentally for the barbecue. The branches are mulched for the beds. Green waste is composted, as is vegetable waste from the kitchen.
The sparkling mineral water served at the table is Ardèche water, in returnable and reusable glass bottles. Limited transport due to proximity to the source (15km). The still water served at the table, as well as the water for coffees, teas and infusions, is tap water, filtered with a BRITA system, to avoid too many containers to recycle.
We do not use dangerous cleaning products containing chlorine, such as bleach. We use a maximum of organic products for dishes, laundry, maintenance of rooms and bathrooms, while respecting the COVID 19 guidelines (laundry and dishes at 60°, use of virucidal products).
Beyond the waste of water and electricity mentioned above, let’s also avoid food waste! We prefer to serve you products that you like rather than having to throw them away while leaving you hungry and therefore unsatisfied! Thank you to reconfirm the evening before your wish for breakfast for the next morning by specifying your wishes for drinks and your possible food intolerances. For example, in case of intolerance, we offer yogurt with sheep’s milk rather than cow’s milk, all being produced in Ardèche. When booking a table d'hôtes dinner or picnic baskets, please specify if you do not like or do not support this or that product, in order to cook a menu that you will appreciate.
