9am-11am: BREAKFAST with pastries and hot drinks > €3

10am-6pm: ACTIVITIES (1 donation 10€ = 1 activity)
>10am to 11am: yoga, gentle body awakening
>10am to 11am: healthy walking, sport
>10.30am to 11.30am: self-hypnosis, stress management (children's building)
>11 a.m. to 12 p.m.: chair gym, adapted physical activity
>2 to 3 p.m.: Matwork pilates, sport
>2 to 3pm: self-hypnosis, stress management (children's building)
>3 to 4 p.m.: canne santé, fitness and self-defense
>3.30 - 4.30 pm: firefighters, life-saving techniques (participation by the hat)
>4 to 5 p.m.: health walk, sport
