The ROF Discovery course will allow you to discover the Raid Multisports over an affordable distance even if you have no experience of this discipline. This course will include a single orienteering event that will be very accessible even for beginners. The total distance will not exceed 20km and this course is accessible from 14 years old and always by team of 2 women. The ROF+ Adventure course is for girls who already have experience in Raid or for those who are physically fit. The majority of the course will be orienteering, either on foot or by mountain bike. A total of 35 km will be on the program and will be accessible from 16 years old and of course with 2 team members. New in 2023, the Raid O' Familles course. It is an event that will allow children to participate in the ROF as well as moms! The course will be about 12km, in teams of 2, either with 1 adult + 1 child from 8 years old or 2 children alone from 12 years old. The maximum age to participate is 16 years old, electrically assisted mountain bikes are allowed and for the first time in the history of the ROF men will be able to live the ROF from the inside...
