Refuge on the GR5 hiking trail. Refuge on the following GRP route: Variant n°4 of the Tour du Beaufortain. Peaks: Pierra Menta - Nova - Gargan - Roc de Charbonnière. Hike of several days: Massif du Beaufortin.

From 15/06 to 15/09, daily. Refuge staffed.
From 16/09 to 14/06, daily. Open but not staffed, contact the warden.
