What to see and do around the Tourist Office? Royat Chamalières is a Belle Époque spa town with the unbridled charm so characteristic of spa towns. Built from 1850 onwards, the town boasts a remarkable heritage reflecting the golden age of thermalism: thermal baths, casino, former palaces and villas. A temple to well-being, Royatonic is a vast Espace Bains with mineral water at over 30°C, pools at different temperatures (frigidarium, caldarium, tepidarium, etc.), entertainment in the baths, saunas, hammams and relaxation rooms.
