Grown in the Bugey region, on clay soil surrounded by walnut trees, bees and horses, Sylvain's saffron is like wine, it has a unique fragrance and taste.
To taste it, you just have to order pistils or saffron products on their very nice website or directly (by mail or phone), to go to the market of Lagnieu or to the partner's shops : Chez Garçon, in Saint-Sorlin and at the Cave de Lagnieu.
You can also find Sylvain's saffron in the dishes and desserts prepared by the cooks of Georges Blanc in Vonnas, or Place Bernard in Bourg-en-Bresse.
We like : to be able to order crocus bulbs directly, to offer or to embellish the garden, the original products of the store (oil, jelly, jams...), perfect for original gifts all year long or to surprise the guests ! Special mention to all the careful and creative visual communication.
