Helmets, lights, harness, ropes, suits, descenders...
What to bring :
In the ardéchoises cavities the temperature is about 13°C (55°F).
• Sweatshirt / Little long sleeves pullover
• Sport trousers / legging
• Closed-toe shoes
• 1 bottle of water
• 1 snack for the break
• Spare clothes for the activity end
Despite the protection suits, we advise you not to wear delicate clothes.
From 01/04 to 31/10, daily.
