Departure from the Arveyron, a tributary of the Arve, 2 km upstream from Chamonix and then 6 km of descent in the heart of Chamonix.
Duration of the activity: 2h30 in total including 1h to 1h15 on the water.

Equipment provided: Full wetsuit, neoprene socks, life jacket, helmet.
Equipment to bring: swimming costume and towel, goggle attachment.
