Nature and water are an immense source of energy, SUP Yoga gives the opportunity to regenerate upon contact with these elements and the ability to be in the present moment. My name is Sabrina and I am an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and SUP YOGA teacher. I am passionate about nature, yoga and board sports, so I have always practiced yoga on my Stand Up Paddle, in total connection with the water, source of all life. I did my Teacher Training with Sarah Hébert, pioneer of SUP Yoga in France, in June 2021.
