This zone alone represents a rich and important environment for the lake's biodiversity. Its main role is to purify the waters of the Veyre thanks to the presence of suitable vegetation that limits phosphorus inputs into Lac d'Aydat.
You can stroll through this area along a path of pontoons with footbridges and observatories overlooking the pond, where you can see many species of birds.
Guided outings are organized on Thursday mornings from July to November to discover the richness of this biodiversity. Click on the orange "Reserve" button (top right) for more information and to book your outing online...
