All the 2-room flats (4/5 people maximum, 1 bedroom) are located in a small 3-storey building. All the 3-room flats (6 people maximum, 2 bedrooms) are in chalets (3 flats per chalet: 1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs in duplex). Some flats are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
