We welcome you to an authentic 19th century stone farmhouse, facing south, with a 5,000 m² enclosed, tree-lined park and private parking lot.
In a sunny, quiet valley, above the village, with a breathtaking view of the Monts d'Ardèche. Located 4 minutes walk from the center of the village with access to all amenities (all local shops, supermarket, restaurant, doctor, dentist, coach….).
Gîte Le Montloubier. On the ground floor: A large living room including a fully equipped open kitchen, a reception area, a 45m 2 living room with TV and , DVD player, corner sofa bed.
A mezzanine (ceiling 1m20) with 2 single beds (90×190), with a 16 m2 terrace, a bathroom (Italian shower) and private WC.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 2x1 person (180×190); and the other bedroom with 2 single beds (90×190), a WC, bedroom giving access by an outside staircase to the terrace below.
Panorama cottage. On site, our other cottage 'Le Panorama' for 12 people. Possibility to rent the two gîtes (total capacity of 24 people) and to meet up with family, friends or colleagues for meals in the beautiful vaulted reception room of 50m2, at your disposal if you rent both lodgings.
A 24 m2 fitness area is available under barnum equipped with weight and cardio machines.
