DAY 2 : INTRODUCTION TO THE ELECTRIC BIKE
3h of practice Learning of the basic position on the bike Ride on the local singles About 12km course Learning of the use of the electric bike Introduction to braking
DAY 3 : ELETRIC BIKE IMPROVEMENT
3h of practice About 20km course 800m (more or less) vertical drop Improvement of eletric bike's use Improvement of transmission's use Introduction to mountain bike
DAY 4 : INTRODUCTION TO DOWNHILL BIKING
3h of practice Use of the lifts 800m (more or less) vertical drop Introduction to the green and blue descent slopes First notions about jumps Introduction to trajectories
Ouverture
