Come and enjoy our 100% home-cooked gourmet cuisine, in the courtyard of an old Cévennes farmhouse or in the magnificent vaulted stone dining room. Local flavour menus, local wine and drinks list, desserts made on the premises...
Our house is open to all, and can be enjoyed at any time: breakfast, lunch, dinner... you can even order picnics or enjoy the park with one of our nomad baskets, so you can eat in complete freedom!

Sustainable tourism

The restaurant is linked to the Auberge Les Murets hotel, which is committed to a global ecological approach and has been awarded the European Ecolabel in 2023.

ENERGY: solar panels for hot water and sanitation, photovoltaic panels for electricity, heat pump and wood chip boiler for heating, 100% LED lighting.

RESOURCES: rainwater recovery for the swimming pool, sanitary facilities & plants, use of eco-labeled consumables, processing of fresh, local and seasonal produce sublimated in our kitchens, choice of organic or sustainable agriculture producers as close as possible to the site
