Our reception service offers the following services:
- information,
- children's corner,
- sale of bus tickets,
- sale of maps of hiking trails, snowshoe and mountain bike routes,
- sale of fishing licenses.
- sale of the bundle used for the Savoyard Discovery Walk of Fort Victor-Emmanuel in Esseillon and the comic strip on the forts.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on 31/05 and bank holidays.

From 06/07 to 01/09/2024
Opening hours daily between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5.50 pm.

From 02/09 to 13/12/2024
Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on November 1st and November 11th.

From 14/12/2024 to 11/04/2025
Opening hours daily between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.
