Meet the giants of our forests to fully experience contact with Nature. Take the time to listen to the silence, the birds, the tree.....
I will explain to you why these forest baths are beneficial for our health and what they give us.
Equipment required: small backpack, water bottle, warm, comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking on mountain trails.
