In January 2026, the Fourvière Hotel obtained Green Key certification for the third time and has had Environmental Labelling since 2020, working alongside us to promote more responsible tourism.
With the Green Key label, more than 100 criteria attest to the sincerity and effectiveness of its initiatives to reduce its impact on the planet: responsible consumption of water and energy, reduction of packaging, responsible purchasing, partnerships with local producers, CSR commitments, etc.
Thanks to environmental labelling, the Fourvière Hotel communicates transparently with its teams and customers about its greenhouse gas emissions, its impact on biodiversity, and its consumption of water and natural resources. Its eco-score enables it to constantly seek to improve its impact.
Thanks to the two Ecotable labels obtained in 2024, the Fourvière Hotel is committed to sustainability from the sourcing of raw materials to the plate, including the cooking process! Its menu features fresh, seasonal and local products (often organic), meat with a low environmental impact, vegetarian dishes and no endangered fish species.
