A half-day to discover this discipline succesfully! You will be accompanied and advised by Alvin Lair, elite runner of the LEPAPE/RAIDLIGHT Team, on a route with a very varied profile and ideal for this practice! Don't worry, this run is not a race! The objective is to discover the discipline at your own pace, with the advice of a professional!
Level: 1/4 Easy (used to running 1 to 2 times a week)
What to bring: flask or water bag for hydration, something to eat to avoid hypoglycaemia, and a pair of running or trail shoes if you
